I once used this artistic method to do a FlickSkinny, can you guess which one?
P.S. "All of them" is not the answer.

It's M Night Shyamalan Day!
7/22/06 by: JeremyThat's right kids, timed to coincide with the release of "Chick in the Pool" (or whatever it's called ) we've declared July 22 "M Night Shyamalan Day"!
In honor we've filled up the DVD section with all our old reviews of his previous thrillers, including the never before uploaded comic for "The Sixth Sense"...and after you wallow in it's terrible artwork and pathetic spelling errors you'll quickly understand why it remained un-released for so long. Feel free to point and mock it for we will never know the difference.
I'm sure that news of this new holiday is spreading quickly throughout the country and that you have many festivities planned, but I hope you find time to enjoy the comics as well as all the animated cartoons that I FINALLY got working!
Hopefully next year "M Night Day" will fall on a monday so we can all get a 3-day weekend out of it at least.

Since I have provided you all with countless laughs, it is now time to ask for your charity in helping me in a worthwhile cause. I need to raise 6 million Yen by September or else my life will be meaningless...well, even MORE meaningless than usual anyway.
Please look into your heart and help!

Pirates! Pirates ! Pirates! -7/9/06
-
Arrr mateys! It looks as if "Pirates" have taken off like wildfire in the American consciousness. It's Pirate- Mania (if you don't believe me, look here) and you won't see any of us at the FlickSkinny missing the boat. That's why we have 2 pirate-themed comics featured on the site this week. The latest comic and the old "Pirates" review (newly colored) and added to the archives.
Hope you had a nice weekend and talk to you later, fellow land-lubbers! -
FlickSkinny finally back in action! -6/26/03
-
Well, if anyone has noticed, we had some serious technical difficulties at the ol' Flickskinny.com...in fact, we pretty much lost everything and had to start from scratch...actually that's exactly what happened. But we're back now with a whole new site and although we're far from computer savvy, we are attempting to run the whole thing ourselves. We'll see how that goes.
In the last 2 weeks we have added two new comics for "The Lake House" and "Click". We'll also have some new movies online as soon as I can figure out what the hell I'm doing. So expect them sometime this century.
On behalf of Clint we are happy to be back and hope you stick around while we try to build our archives back up.

Issue #40 of The FlickSkinny just released!
6/3/06 by: Jeremy
I don't do Anniston and since "The Break-up" is the only movie opening today, me and Clint are taking a weekend off. On the bright side, I have just put a new comic out at the ol' video store and it contains not only 2 new "Video-Skinnies", but also a front-cover comic and, for the first time ever on-line, a full-color version of the "QuickSkinny" from volume #40, the back-cover rating scale for those filmgoers too rushed to read. A History of Violence Bloodrayne Cover #40 QuickSkinny #40 Hope you like them all, have a nice weekend! -Jeremy -
